Program Outcomes

PO1. Apply the fundamental concepts and applications of pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, biomedical sciences, pharma engineering, socio-behavioural sciences, industrial management, and drug regulation to solve the complex issues in the pharma & health care industry.

PO2. Able to plan and manage the resources, time, & manpower in resolving the intricate issues of the organization.

PO3. Design & develop pharmaceuticals by critical thinking to ensure environmental sustainability, economic safety, and socio-cultural health.

PO4. Apply the pharmaceutical & professional knowledge to bring novel research in core sciences & health care.

PO5. Build and enhance the skills to accommodate leadership & teamwork quality.

PO6. Applying the knowledge of ethical practices and human values as a professional pharmacist in hospital, industrial or institutional setups.

PO7. Demonstrate effective communication with medical professionals, patients, and members of society as a pharmacist.

PO8. Demonstrate the code of ethics and uphold the laws for the upliftment of the pharmacy profession & community.

Program Specific Outcomes

PSO1. The graduates will acquire the comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences related to pharmacopeial & non pharmacopeial drugs, method of extraction/synthesis/development and analysis, anatomy, physiology, biological receptors, molecular pharmacology, microbiology & biotechnology, evaluation of drug efficacy, pharmaceutical jurisprudence, industrial management, & hospital/community pharmacy to serve as professional pharmacist.

PSO2. Graduate will be able to serve or start own business in pharmaceutical research, production, analysis, drug regulatory bodies, marketing, retail or wholesale business, and education/research institutions.

PSO3. Graduate will able to understand the need of research and higher education for updating knowledge and applying it into profession of pharmacy.
